Our Story

At the Forefront of the Integration of Psychology, Business and The Science of Purpose

We began employing the integration of psychology and business consulting practices in 1987 in our initial work with public companies where we developed a framework for understanding how organizational and team dynamics and outcomes were determined by a leader’s unconscious passion, motivational strengths, traits and interests.

This helped create our first organizational vision and alignment model we used to help organizational leaders set a sustainable vision and strategy aligned with their unchanging passion for their departments and firms.

By 1997, we were working with more than 350 public companies and their sales teams, integrating the new science of purpose into their client development approaches by partnering with one of the fathers of modern-day positive psychology, who had codified human motivation for the first time in human history. We incorporated his work with individuals to create a framework for understanding clear organizational purpose and predictable organizational results both on sales teams and in the organization as a whole.

Today, we work with private and public organizations, and our approach enfolds evidenced based research in clinical and vocational psychology into our proprietary business models and practices, which allow leaders to set a vision and mission aligned with their passion, to understand and manage the dynamics of their leadership teams, to foster cultures of engagement and to drive informed client development in alignment with their outcome values.
